AO + ASSOCIATES is an Architectural Design firm of associates with specialization in Design Services, Construction Supervision, and Management. Our services cover the immediate New York City, and New Jersey metropolitan areas. We are dedicated to the total satisfaction of all our clients, and their spacial needs. We stay with each project from preliminary concepts through occupancy, insisting on jobs done professioanally, on time, and on budget. We pride our services on typically taking over the role of liaison between the construction team and owner, saving our clients lots of grieve associated with the construction industry.

AO + ASSOCIATES, Inc. was established by Ade Obayemi following the events of September 11, 2001. Mr. Obayemi was a Project Manager with Mancini Duffy, an Interior Design firm, with it’s NYC offices in Tower # 1 of the World Trade Center. He also held several key possitions in various prominent NYC firms and institutions before establishing AO + Associates in 2002 – starting with the hands-on gut renovation of a brownstone shell in the heart of Harlem USA, a portion of which now houses the main office. He is a registered Architect in the states of New York, & New Jersey. He also has professional affiliation with the AIA, and NOMA.

With more than 25 years of wide ranging experience, we have designed and help build several projects from small residential brownstone renovation projects to major retail, commercial, financial, corporate interior offices, public transportation facilities, educational, banking and religious institution projects.
